Breed Critique :

Medium size, medium strong expressive male of very good type and proportions.  Strong, masculine head where ideally the eye colour should be darker. Normal wither, pronounced dip behind, firm back into a well laid croup which is just a little short.  Good fore and underchest development. Good forequarter angulation where the upper arm should be longer and better angled. Ideally the foreleg should be longer and the pasterns firmer.  Very good hind angulation.  Stands correct in front, moves slightly close going with loose hocks, correct coming where the elbows are yet to firm.  During movement displays good ground covering gait with good back transmission, shows good forehand reach and very good hindquarter drive which should be a little more powerful and the wither should be carried a little higher.  The black saddle markings should be more pronounced, not presented in the best of condition. Character firm.  Gunsure.  Slight wear on the lower incisors.  Slightly underdeveloped P3s.

Faults and Virtues :

A medium size masculine dog of pleasing type that should have been presented in overall better condition.  The black saddle markings should be stronger.

Breeding Advice :

Maybe advantageous in improving size and substance.  To consolidate normal elbow grading only suitable for bitches with normal elbows.
