Breed Critique :

A large, medium strong, well proportioned bitch of very good colour and pigment. Good withers, slight nick behind, firm back, slightly short slightly steep croup. The upper arm ideally should be better angled and longer, very good hindquarter angulation with well developed thighs. Stands correct in front. Good fore and very good lower chest development, very good length of underchest. Good head with excellent masking, ideally the eye colour should be darker, good sized ears which could be a little higher on the skull. Steps correct front and rear with good firmness of hock and elbow joints. During movement shows good ground covering gait where both the hindquarter drive and forequarter reach should be more expansive. Temperament firm, natural and good natured.

Faults and Virtues :

A large, well pigmented firm and dry bitch of very good type that does not show in movement what she promises in stance.

Breeding Advice :

Select a dog to consolidate her very good type and overall firmness. Consideration should be given to sires that display a great joy in running and are capable of improving he forequarter.
