Breed Critique :

A well above medium size, medium strong, well proportioned dog of good type. Good head, good size and set of ears and medium eye colour. Normal withers, slight dip behind, firm back, short steep croup. The uppeer arm should be longer and better angled, good hindquarter angulation where the thighs should be a little broader. Stands correct in front with well developed chest proportions. Steps correct both front and rear with good firmness of hock joints, the elbows however could be a little closer lying. During movement shows good ground covering gait, good hindquarter drive and good forehand reach, at times he should carry his wither a little higher. Temperament firm, confident and self assured.

Faults and Virtues :

A dog who is medium strong, very confident, self assured and outgoing. The restrictions in the length and lay of the croup are displayed in stance but become more evident during movement.

Breeding Advice :

Suitable for bitches requiring confidence and self assurance and via his sire line, has an especially good A stamp history.
